April 2021 Orange County Library Events On April 15. Mayor Buddy’s Book Club meets to discuss Inkling by Kenneth Oppel. Meet the bestselling author and two-time winner of the Canadian Library Association Book. This happened at the of the year for Children Award. The event will take place over Zoom. Along, with a book discussion and author talk. It followed by a questionnaire. April 4-10, 2021 is National Library Week.
